Tony is the author of The Millionaire Choice: Millionaire or Not. You Can Choose, and host of The Millionaire Choice Podcast. Tony started Purpose of Wealth Live Events Series in 2021 and the Nashville-based Financial Speakers Group. He does life, money, and business coaching under the HIGHER PEAK brand, help people reach their potential and proclaim God’s glory from the mountaintop. 

Tony has been in business leadership for over 25 years in Director, VP, CIO, and COO level roles. He became enamored with digital technology in 1996 as a mechanical engineer. He switched careers in 2001 to focus full-time on digital technology and business when he joined the Dave Ramsey organization and led the company’s digital transformation. He’s been instrumental in digital marketing, product, technology, and strategic leadership for company growth from $3 million to $125 million.

Tony has served on the board of directors for Ramsey Solutions (A Dave Ramsey company) Ramsey Company, the Nashville Technology Council, and Tennessee Christian Chamber of Commerce.
